Fees structure:
- Fee per signature: $10.
- Traveling fee for local Sunset (94122), Parkside (94116), West Portal (94127), and Park Merced (94132) districts: $15.
- Traveling fee within 15-mile radius (SF downtown and SFO): $30.
- Flat fee for mortgage loan signing services within 15-mile radius: $125.
- Extra fees for outside service areas, non-working hours, major holidays, extended appointment time, e-docs and other services: please call for quotes.
